The store name is a play on one of Wu-Tang Clan's famous singles, C.R.E.A.M. While this place doesnt play Wu-tang music all day (thankfully), it does make some pretty good ice-cream cookie sandwiches for a cheap $1.50.
This is a fairly new place near the UC Berkeley Campus that opened a few months ago. So far, they've earned 4.5 stars on Yelp. Not bad.
