Carne Con Chile Rojo and White Rice & Corn

Broiled seasoned pork (Lawry's, crushed black & red pepper) in red salsa (blended: steamed tomato & jalapeno, onion, garlic, pato tomato sauce & chicken buillon). White rice with corn and cob. Flour tortillas. Bottle of Shiraz red wine.
